Pumpkin Coffee Concoction

I’m not necessarily a die hard Pumpkin Spice Latte girl, but I certainly enjoy the flavors of fall, especially with my coffee.

And lately, I’ve been knocking back this lighter pumpkin coffee concoction.

All you need is pumpkin spice flavored coffee with half a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and you’ve got a delicious, frothy coffee drink that will keep you warm and satisfied, for a literal fraction of the calories.

Make one in the morning to kick off your day, or make it decaf and savor it in the evening–either way, you’ll feel like your treating yourself and enjoying the wonderful things that come with fall, without getting way off track.

And of course, you can always try it with other flavors of coffee you enjoy!
