Oatmeal is such a great breakfast option. On its own, it’s incredibly filling, a healthy source of carbs (*gasp*), and full of whole grains and fiber. I also enjoy that it comes in a variety of flavors, like these. What can I say? I like having options. And variety is the pumpkin spice of life….
