On Struggling

Hey.

I have a question for you.

Do you feel like you’re struggling right now?

I was reminded recently that it’s okay to struggle.

It’s okay not to have it all together.

It’s okay to learn and grow and become.

If you’re struggling, that means you’re fighting.

If you’re struggling, that means you’re trying.

It’s okay to struggle. Fail. Make mistakes.

But you don’t have to let them derail you.

If you get a flat tire, would you stop and slash the other three?

No. That’s silly.

You fix the flat and keep going.

Struggling doesn’t mean you can’t get there.

Struggling doesn’t mean you won’t get there.

Dare I say struggling might just be a good thing.

Don’t let your struggles or mistakes or failures be an excuse to slash your other tires.

After all, this health journey? It’s not about perfection.

It’s about progress.

It’s okay if you get a flat tire.

Just don’t let it stop you.

Keep going.
